Saving with RCI Bank

Setting up an account with RCI is easy and straight forward. The website is very informative and gives clear instructions to guide you to where you want to go on the site. Support is very good and always very helpful with queries and always go out their way to solve any issue. Depositing is straight forward and withdrawing from the account is made simple. I have never had any difficulties since joining RCI with managing my account. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

Clear and transparent terms and conditions, unambiguously laid out. Very competitive rate of interest for a flexible account.. Crystal clear website for managing the account and clear timescales for transactions laid out for planning movements. Timely and clear notifications are communicated (e.g. necessary website or systems maintenance) so inconvenience is virtually non-existent. As such have vary rarely had to phone customer services for assistance. On the two occasions I have telephoned, the staff were friendly but still professional, extremely helpful and left no stone unturned in satisfaction. RCI Bank is an exemplary organisation amongst the wide field of providers. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
