A bank with a human approach

I have had a Freedom Savings Account for several years now and they have always been one of, if not the highest, in terms of interest rate. . They increase interest quickly when the Bank of England increases it but leave a reasonable time before any reduction. Is implemented. Their customer service and security are excellent and it is quick and easy to withdraw money. RCI constantly strive to improve their service offer, which is a rare and much appreciated attitude from a bank. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
