I like the response to changing interest rates (up/down) in good time. Allows me better control of my money. Easy to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds. In all the time I've been with them (good while now) I have never had to contact the help desk. Sure that they are great but never had any difficulties. Would be happy to contact them if I had to do. Issue Free Banking

Never had any issues since opening a savings account with RCI. Their Web site is easy to use with clear and easy to follow instructions. The interest rate they pay is excellent. Have no reason not be satisfied. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
