Amazing experience

Business customer - I was welcomed by a dedicated and amazing contact in the Business Department after things not working out at our previous bank. The whole process has been smooth since moving over in 2022. The app itself works extremely well and i'd say works in every way you'd want a bank to. For example, opening up a new sub-account to manage a particular project or protect cashflow can be done instantaneously in the app and without any hassle. Excellent banking, they are whipping out the High Street banks!!!! They provide swift response to request. They meet all the regulatory requirements. Furthermore, they are continually adding new features. They are providing the possibility of having everything for banking in one place. You can operate the business from anywhere around the world. We use Revolut as our main and only banking application for our entire business, including accounts payables and receivables, payroll, card expenses etc. We find the mobile app and the freezing tingling that website interface very helpful and easy to use. We integrate Revolut with Xero for all of our transactions. The only negative is that aside from card expenses, we can’t use Revolut to replace Xero or Dext. So we have to rely on these other tools for the other bits that are also very important in running a business. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Starting my new Revolut business bank account felt really refreshing. I felt I was taking a step away from clunky traditional banking into something really quite exciting and more relevant in today’s tech world. It is so easy to send and receive money and a lot of thought has been put into the functionality. I’ve not yet fully found my way around my new business bank account and all its features but I am really looking forward to learn more and ultimately how I can make my business finances run more efficiently and save time. Very good service, app leaves much to be desired

Everything is good except for the app being bloated and requiring multi-factor authentication for almost everything (I know it is more secure, but I do not care). My telephone is secure at all times and is the only device with the app, and also where I receive 2FA keys, making it redundant. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025
