Best fin tech

Brilliant bank but too many default security restrictions

I love this bank and the way you get informed instantly about every transaction but every time I try to do something new I discover a new security feature that results in a payment being rejected eg not having the phone and card in the same place, using an ATM, using the card online. It's easy enough to turn the features off with the app in seconds but frustrating at the time. I'd prefer the set up process to ask me which features I require Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Just the best for traveling and currency exchange.

Game changer

The Immediate notification of transactions through mobile app allows me greater contol of my spending. The app gives me better security via card lock, limit lock and Web transactions lock against unknown websites. The bank your having when your not having a a Bank

Everything is very UK centric whilst they continuously give this larger euro/global movement they are slow to implement anything that is outside the UK. They are restrained and constrained and won’t admit they have limitations whilst purporting to be the next revolution in banking, they really are just subservient conspirators to they banks and corporations they must ultimately make deals with to function.
