Great customer service, easy to use

best bank ever

if you live abroad (from your hometown) and want to send money back or travel, it's the best bank! (at least within Europe I've used it). that's the future for the banks! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Irreplaceable while staying abroad

Revolut card is simply the best while staying abroad as you don’t lose anything in converting GB Pounds to foreign currency. Very convenient for me and I love it. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Great card

This card is great for Euro exchange, easy to use, only giving 4 star as does not work on my other tablet so had to buy new one and trying to get to talk to someone is very time consuming, as only done over the chat on their site, and transferring money to another bank takes a few days. But apart from that no complaints. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Only good when things go well

But if you need any support be prepared to only receive it you have WiFi. Their complaints process is none existent and their service is not reliable. Your card can cease work for seemingly no reason. They give wrong information via their chat service all of the time and they don’t seem to care at all. The lie about services and when you find out after they don’t seem to care. Overall I would say this is quite possibly they worst provider for customer service and I bank with Santander so my expectations are as low as you can go. I would never recommend this company and they certainly are not awarding winning. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

The most useful "App" I have.

So easy to use. I started the account as I was doing quite a few trips abroad and this seemed to give me a versatile facility which gave me the best conversion rate for each transaction. I keep telling my friends about it - which is not something I would do unless very impressed. As a 69 year old I don't often get excited about many new innovations. This is an exception.
