Cash advance charges; concern over freeze funds

Started charging cash advance charges on top-ups without telling us. Also concerned over the reports on the internet of people having their funds frozen for months and unable to contact support. To be honest I’m now terrified. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

So convenient and easy to use

Early days but couldnt be easier

I've just opened an account took minutes. The app is very intuative to use. I would have liked clear info on countries and currencies in which it can be used, if it's out there I couldn't find it easily, but overall very impressed so far. Dan. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
