A very personal ,efficient service with friendly touch.

i have found the service excellent and personal to my needs as a widow. The person I spoke to explained everything clearly altering my policy requirements updating the information on my two year old caravan.Also it was good to speak to a person and not have to wade through lots of details on line.Not everybody is computer literate.
