Worst insurance of my life ever.

Worst insurance of my life ever. Incompetent handling, poor reasoning and never call you back as promised. Left to your own devices to chase them throughout any claim. 9 weeks into a claim so far and we haven’t got a reason why 70% cost of caravan damage from a third party who admitted fault is taking so long to settle. Very poor customer service.

You advertise first class customer service but deliver very poor customer service. I have been sent round in circles trying to make a claim and getting to speak to a human has so far proved impossible. I have been asked for the same information two or three times and no one cares!
