Always helpful customer service used ripe insurance for my camera gear for years and have made a claim and it was dealt with promptly and precisely. Excellent website and great customer service

The Ripe website is excellent, really easy to follow. I love the way you can add sections of cover you need and therefore tailor the cover that works for you. When I first took out a policy a couple of years ago I realised I'd made a mistake and not selected enough cover, but Ripoe responded to my email really quickly and made arrangements for me to pay the additional premium and sort the right cover. Very straight forward, easy to set up
