Waiste my time and money

They r created the system to cheat money from people not entrusted them, better to insure bank. Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

Easy One step Insurance

Row have a great customer services team who are always willing to help, they have a online portal which allows you to manage your account and make changes to your account by one easy click! Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

would never use again

Been paying insurance for a year for nothing as wouldn't pay out on broken screen. Happy to take your money but won't honour agreement. I have never claimed on any insurance before and would not recommend anyone waste their time or money on this company. I have 5 phones insured with them what a waste of money! Terrible Customer Service

Damaged phone, had 3 phone calls in a week asking what happened to phone. Had to e-mail documents twice because Row has problems with Yahoo mail. Took 10 days before anything happened & was finally sent a 'Kit' to return the phone. Then took over 10 days to get the phone back. During all of this, no e-mails we're responded to re status of phone or complaints & we weren't kept updated about anything. A 24 hour replacement is advertised on their website, this took over 3 weeks. Due to the absolutely abysmal service, we cancelled the insurance & would never go back. Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

Accusing and Incorrect

Agents are accusing and reject claims on petty issues. Go for ZugarZnap instead, much better company to deal with and more aligned with needs rather than taking money for stuff they will never fix. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

good value for money
