Great product choices.

I have had a savings account with this building society fo a number of years and found the staff are very helpful. Since all the big banks have closed there branches in the local town it is the last of the building society where you can talk to a human being. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

It is great to have a bank/building society physically staying in the town so that one can have face-to-face discussion and one can use real money rather than having to rely on on-line banking. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

An excellent local banking facility.

Always a satisfying visit. Especially now that Barclay, Lloyds, Halifax and Santander have abandoned their customers and done a runner from the town!
