Excellent service

I was trying to set up an icer and it was for me quite complicated - I had to set up a new account although I have several different accounts with you. I had to ring your helpline 3 times - the last of which was wondering where my money was after 3 days as it had left one account and not landed in the other - I was answered by Zoe and she along with the other 2 staff members could not have been more helpful . I have never had a call answered so promptly and all your staff were very knowledgeable and sorted me out clearly making sure I knew what to do. I only wish other businesses could take a leaf out of your book and train their staff to be understanding and polite. Well done to all of you. Regards Kathy Centa Reviewed on: 5th November 2025
