Max told me information about every account and gave me options based on my situation, he was very kind and understanding when I had worries of scams when talking about the Online ISA and told me the steps of opening one, and explaining the tax allowance. Online log in issue quickly resolved

Called to get assistance on a online log in issue. I was immediately able to get through to someone who was promptly able to deal with my problem.
