Crap society

I have had several children's monthly savers and the...

I have had several children's monthly savers and their corresponding annual savings accounts for a number of years. The service I receive in branch is excellent; the staff always pleasant and obliging. My only grouse would be the tedious maturity ritual that I endure for each account every year. I would like the savings to be continuous without having to relate my (same) requirements every year to staff. Why can't you just mark the accounts as continuous, move maturity value to named account each year and reduce the hassle? You might also save unnecessary expenditure on postage. The present APP is very good and a great improvement on the previous versions. Disappointing that the interest rates have not been held at their higher level and have dropped so drastically.
