Excellent Service

Brilliant help from Zoe Collins

I was unable to access my account and after several attempts to log-in was eventually locked-out. I telephoned Saffron and spoke to Zoe Collins who patiently took me through the process of re-setting the account with a temporary password and then setting a new password and getting a pass code to finally access the account.
