Good returns, poor access

An enjoyable visit to the Haverhill branch.

I went into the Haverhill branch with an enquiry about a maturing ISA. As my existing ISA was with the Saffron, I was offered a Loyalty Maturing one with a competitive interest rate. A very polite and helpful assistant filled in the appropriate documents and a said he would contact me when the new ISA was up and running. I came away feeling like a valued customer and would have no hesitation in recommending this Building Society.. Reviewed on: 27th March 2025
