Sarah was very helpful and efficient. She gave me clear advice on renewing my ISAs and explained the change to loyalty accounts from mature accounts. I told her I would have to do a tax return this year and she suggested she print me off the information I would need. She was friendly and cheerful and it was very nice to talk to a real person. Joshua saves the day !!!

I had a Loyalty Saver mature today but was unable to withdraw the funds! Apparently this is normal for an Instant Access Maturity Saver !!!
