Query about transferring my ISA from another provider

I had a query about how to request the transfer of an ISA from another provider. I sent a secure message and also a message via the contact us form on the website. My husband did the same. Both responded very promptly. One attached the form we needed, the other posted the forms plus a reply paid envelope to me, and they came the next day. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

Customer Service Above and Beyond

I needed to get information how to support my daughter who has autism, to access her account now she has turned 18. Nicola went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, listened to me, had empathy. It was such a breath of fresh air to talk to someone who understood the challenges of trying to support a neuro-diverse child. She did not think make me think I was being "over-protective", a helicopter parent. She did all she could to ensure that when my daughter got in touch, she would be supported and helped.
