Long term satisfied customer

I have been with Saffron for many years now , Service at my local branch is always very good with knowledgeable , helpful staff . The rates for savings are also competitive with the E-saver online rate very good for easy access saving . The only thing I would like to see is cash-points at branches or outside . Good Service

Very good experience opening ISA. Good service from telephone consultants particularly when I had problem due to my own lack of understanding of technology. No problems since. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Reinvesting ISAs.

When three ISAs were due to mature on different days, it was only necessary to visit the Colchester branch once to reinvest them. The assistant was helpful, efficient and effective. It saved me time and effort and certificates for the new ISAs arrived. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Competitive rates and excellent service.

Whenever I have visited or phoned, staff are always knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Savings rates are always extremely competitive and the online service is easy to access. All I need from a Building Society! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
