The telephone is always answered promptly. The staff are friendly but professional and allow customers time to fully explain the reason for the call. The information, advice and support is thorough; the language and pace is appropriate to the caller's level of understanding; and the advisor always confirms the customer is fully satisfied with the information and has no other concerns before ending the call. Went online to update personal details. Count do this online so had to call. A clear message on the personal details screen would have helped linking me to call rather that search site for the correct update screen. Customer service advisor was helpful and efficient.
