Access denied

I was unable to access my account on line; the saffron system seemed unable to allow the password changes initiated by the advisor. (Several attempts were required.) Eventually, between us access was obtained - but I think we both found it a frustrating experience, and it took over half an hour to achieve. Reviewed on: 31st January 2025
