Problem opening Members’ Month Loyalty Saver account

I attempted to open a Members’ Month Loyalty Saver accounts last June and there was a problem opening it. There was no message identifying a problem during the online process and hence I didn't know there was. Sadly Saffron were not proactive in contacting me. Once I had realised that there might have been a problem (no emails etc detailing the account opening) I contacted Saffron and the issue was resolved very quickly. Why didn't Saffron know that an application for a new account had been made by an existing customer and become 'stuck' in the system? My wife had exactly the same problem. Amazing and fantastic service

Lauren and her team were absolutely amazing from the minute I walked in the Colchester branch. Lauren took her time out to help and assist with all the queries and made sure I was undated at all points concerning the maturities and openings of my accounts. Great advice and service

My two year savings bond is due to mature on December 12 2024 and I was given excellent advice by staff at the Royston branch. I have now prepared for the majority of the funds to be transferred into a new one year bond with the interest paid into my bank account. Great service Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024
