It is so nice to speak to someone and get a understandable reply and assistance Reviewed on: 25th May 2024

Staff are always 100% efficient

Comfortable environment inasmuch that one is able to be seated if there is a queue. Personally I have never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes. Staff are always 100% efficient, friendly and fully versed in all matters relating to my financial requirements. Experiences at Saffron always a pleasure due to the friendly disposition of the staff. Still unable to log on to new Savings account. Received initial text but associated email was never received Web chat provided no results as conversation was terminated before reaching a conclusion Not very impressed and I’m now leaving the account unfunded and looking elsewhere for a savings account Reviewed on: 20th May 2024
