Sophia saved the day for me and Saffron

Was having problems with app and getting into my account. Not sure how much was due to my errors and how much to glitches in their system but Sophia the Member Representative was calm and patient and willing to try a variety of methods. We did not succeed initially but she explained what she would do and promised to phone me once she had explored further and did so. The next time we succeeded Reviewed on: 5th June 2026
