I like the personal service. You need to up your interest rates as you log behind when compared to the Leeds building society and the Cambridge building society and nationwide building society. Your Isa rates also low Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Impressed by ease of enquiring and conducting business by phone. Wihout clarification by phone, restrictions on transfer to 12 Month Members Regular Savers and Small Saver Accounts were not fully clear in the Regular Saver Maturity Pack. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
