It is infuriating that I cannot pay £10 into two of my grandchildren's savings accounts with a £20 note - it is very difficult to get exactly the right notes now that there are no banks in Saffron Walden. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023

I find some of your practices a little outdated. I deposited a cheque and received a paper receipt and was told I need to return to have the passbook updated, which is inconvenient. We don't use you for any real Savings due to poor rates. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
