The previous 'phone call I made, the person answering didn't seem to understand what a tax statement was and ended up sending me the wrong thing. (I wasn't sent a request to fill in a survey that time). This time was great service. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2022

I have been with your organisation for over 50 years and I am content to remain a customer unfortunately there seems to be a fast turnaround of faces at the counter, not the intimacy of long employed staff as years ago. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2022
