This was a phone enquiry about a new account started from an existing account. Whoever the staff member was, she was polite, efficient and helpful, and offered extra information that was relevant. Reviewed on: 8th March 2022

I received outstanding customer service- she was extremely friendly- she explained to me why my account did not show the correct interest rate and advised me of a new product , as I said outstanding customer service! Reviewed on: 8th March 2022

I didn’t like that it took 2 days to receive a payment where other building societies it takes less than 24 hours - even at the weekend. Reviewed on: 7th March 2022
