Freephone number. Call was answered almost immediately but even if it hadn’t have been I would still have given positive feedback as it wouldn’t have cost me anything to wait. App won’t work until web login has been completed. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Impr. rate a/c still not open 3(!) days after requested. Original p/book collected but twice told new a/c book had been posted in error, so repl. book issued. On 4th visit more senior lady found original book still awaiting collection! Reviewed on: 14th March 2022
