You could improve your online portal. It allowed me to open a regular saver with the balance of my previous maturing regular saver which was wrong. The maximum is £500. Your phone agent corrected it but why allow it in the first place onli Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

Could answer the phone a bit quicker. Saving rates have not moved yet, despite the BoE moving rates up twice! Your competitors have almost all moved their rates up. This puts me off doing more business with Saffron BS. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

I hadn't received confirmation of an ISA reinvestment though Saffron Building Society had a record of it being sent. It was possibly lost in the post pre Christmas as deliveries then were very poor in my postcode area Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

I have already said ( to Jess I think) how pleased I was with Saffron. However I have had some minor blips delaying the transfer of my 1 year fixed rate ISA. However that has been sorted out satisfactorily with a further telephone call ! Reviewed on: 17th February 2022
