We are both in our 80s and have the usual problems with understanding and deafness, so we do know good customer care when we see it. What's more, the telephone is answered promptly - also rare in times of working from home. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2022

THE STAFF ARE FINE. IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT MY MONEY IS EARNING 1.15% WHEN INFLATION IS IN EXCESS OF 5%. THE BUCK STOPS AT THE BOARD AND HIGHLY PAID EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022
