I always used to go into the Ware branch but since COVID have rung the main number with any queries or issues. Without exception every time I’ve had a query or issue the handler has always been polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 7th December 2021

I particularly like the fact that I had the option of doing the necessary actions online myself or by telephone. Online is sometimes fine but ocassionally it helps to talk to another human being. Reviewed on: 7th December 2021

Our maturing bonds and ISA's are transferred to everyday savers at our request but the documentation has gone from none to poor and incomplete. I plan to visit my local branch to discuss this. Reviewed on: 7th December 2021

It is normally easy to get through by phone and the people I've spoken to have always been very helpful. I was disappointed when the Dunmow branch closed, but thankfully I've managed to sort everything by phone or online since the closure. Reviewed on: 30th November 2021

On the whole my experience has not been good. Sam was one of only two people in whom I had any confidence (the other was the lady on the counter in SW some time previously when I took in change of signatory forms and proof of my identity) Reviewed on: 30th November 2021
