Tried to set up a Standing Order for the account but was told told Saffron Building Society was a cause for fraud concern! Is this normal. We will now need to go to a nearby bank branch to set this up. Reviewed on: 19th October 2021

Having recently been into branch for the first time at Brentwood and also had a call to request online access help my feedback is all positive, no long waiting on the phone, no transferring from team to team. Very helpful and friendly! :) Reviewed on: 12th October 2021
