NARINA was very helpful I have 3 ladybird accounts which I hadn’t used in a while, to get them restarted and be able to have online access is a bit long winded, could look into making that a little easier. Reviewed on: 7th September 2022

Friendly exchange and efficient service. As I was closing an existing Regular Saver and opening a better interest earning Regular Saver I would have liked notice of the better deal via email message rather than by a chance website visit. Reviewed on: 6th September 2022

Rather spasmodic. Couldn’t tell me where a large sum of my savings had gone, until I pointed out the very large amount in a bond, and this was a supervisor teaching a junior, not that impressed with juniors attitude. Reviewed on: 5th September 2022
