Issue proper statements of users accounts, especially when accounts are closed. Best would be to put all accounts on one statement, but happy for separate. Reviewed on: 4th February 2021

Very quick at answering my call and dealing with my query. The only negative point (apart from the Regular Saver) are the low savings interest rates. Reviewed on: 27th January 2021
