Being locked out of my account is a regular occurrence. It is not easy to change a password without lengthy telephone contact with you. On this occasion I spoke to 3 different people! You must make it simpler! Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

On your website please include telephone number and email address for Head Office clearly. It took me some time to track down the head office number. Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

The low score relates to the fact it took two calls to get the call answered and had to wait over 20 mins each time I find this generally what happens if I ever need to call Reviewed on: 5th March 2021
