Easy access, helpful staff, comparable savings rates.

Easy to access account and really helpful staff when you need to phone for assistance. It is an enormous benefit to be able to speak to real people! Also make a valuable community contribution with their volunteer days. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

I have been opening ISAs with them since 2009. They have all my records, they are able to answer my questions easily. At year end when things are busy they are still fast and slick.
