Shocking service

One of their customers hit me. I’ve won my claim and been chasing my access for 5 WEEKS!! They ignore my emails and trying to speak to someone on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. Good luck to anyone that takes out a premium with them or god forbid has an accident with their terrible drivers. Matter is still ongoing and I’ve now had to formally complain. Awful service. A trouble free insurance claim

I recently made an insurance claim, the first claim I've made in 30 + years. I was very impressed from the moment I made the first call to Saga, informing them of my accident, to the final day I picked up my repaired car, it was handled so profesionally and made it so easy for me.
