Fantastic customer service team

I had an issue relating to where my car was registered and another address where I spent a significant amount of time. I needed clarification and it was very easy to speak to someone sensible who understood the issue and was able to give me the confirmation I needed. I was dreading having to go through multiple options and referrals to bots and websites, I could not believe how easy it was to speak to a real person based in the UK, who understood the problem and was able to resolve it while I was on the call.
