Superb customer service

Saga has been my car insurance provider for some years now. They make every effort to keep my premiums affordable and they have wonderful, professional people at the end of the phone who really go the extra mile for their customers. On the one occasion when I had to make a claim, the process was as straightforward and swift as you would like it to be. And the customer rewards scheme is pretty good too! Top marks.
