Brilliant Price

Great Service

Only made one claim whilst abroad with car on motoring Holiday. Excellent customer service all dealt with over phone without any hassle and eventually car repaired and all outstanding costs recovered from third party by the Legal team. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Second mile

I had a RTA on a motorway a few years ago and the staff at Saga Insurance went beyond the second mile to help, support and advise me. I was traumatised by the accident (not my fault!) and the Saga staff were wonderful. They arranged to get me and my wife home, they recovered the vehicle, sorted out a courtesy car, they phoned every few days to see how we were and the loss adjuster expedited the valuation and settlement. This is a company that you can trust

This company goes that extra mile for it’s customer. This is the first company I go to for car and home insurance. Being disabled it is great if I become unwell I can get a dreams to drive me home in my car. House insurance other company’s only replace one row of tiles if you have an accident but saga replace them all as you can never get a match with one row of tiles Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
