The policy cover was carefully explained and readily understandable. The arrangement was swift and efficient and I thought the process was run smoothly by the agent. The whole process to less than 15 minutes including phone and online time. I have no experience of the claims management since I have not made a claim but buying the insurance was easy and very competitive compared with my previous provider.
