I turned to SAGA when my previous insurers stopped offering motor insurance to London residents, but did not bother to inform me. I found out when I called them to ask why I had not received a renewal notice. With only a few days to go before my motor insurance expired I had to ring around for a new insurer. SAGA offered to insure me at a reasonable premium and I have stayed with them ever since, and transferred other insurance business to them I like SAGA because on the whole the premiums are competitive and the customer service is good. It is always a relief to be able to speak to a person should the need arise rather than a robot. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

I have both my car and travel insurance with Saga. Although not necessarily the cheapest ; you always pay for what you get :-). Always friendly and helpful when contacted and with my travel insurance , I travel in the knowledge that I have great insurance. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

Dealing with the Saga team was straightforward but I have had problems with BUPA who have refused to pay for almost all of the treatment so I have had to pay for most of the care to the hospital myself. I would also not considered a 6 week option again as that makes matters more complex when dealing with claims. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025
