Saga changed their underwriters from AXA to Bupa which I think was a clever and informed thing to do. It makes me feel more confident to be with Saga and a lot less worried about huge price increases. They are very good at explaining things , both on paper and online. I have hearing difficulties so I'm pleased I can use My Saga online. I have been involved with Saga for many years now, and can honestly say that I have not been disappointed with them. Been with Saga Health Insurance now for 15 years
