I have been with Saga for many years and always found them very helpful when phoning with a question or advice on something. I also have my household insured with Saga also a joint savings account plus two cash ISAs. Friendly informative, knowledgeable and efficient staff who always go that extra miles to find solutions to an issue. Seemless payment system. Wonderfull to be able to speak directly to a real person who can answer all your questions and concerns without being passed onto half a dozen different departments! Reviewed on: 15th August 2025
