Too quick to cancel existing policies

Had an annual family travel insurance policy with Saga. Rang them to update with a new medical diagnosis - nothing serious. Saga's response was to cancel the policy and reimburse me!! I immediately contacted Staysure Insurance who agreed to cover me with no issues. I will never use Saga again for any of their products. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025
