Good, but was better

Haven't had any problems in terms of service. The interest rate drop from 3% to 1.5% was disappointing, but not unexpected. The cashback on regular bills is quite nice, and more or less covers the monthly fee. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Ideal account for me

Easy online banking, website very responsive, queries answered speedily, local branch for cheque deposits very efficient. As I had some savings this current account was ideal for me as it gave me 3% interest. I was very impressed with how the account worked, but when the interest rate fell I was tempted to change to the Yorkshire Bank as the incentive they offered was greater than a year’s interest. Worth monthly fee for great interest rates

Even with the £5 per month charge, the 123 account is still a great place for savers with 3% interest on balances up to £20k. We also make use of the cash back on our utilities and travel/petrol monthly expenses. Reviewed on: 5th November 2017

123 great for cash

123 current account

Cash back on utilities comms and council tax. They did pay 3% in savings but reduced it to 1.5 %. The monthly charge increased from £2 to £5 meaning it’s not the great choice it once was and with interest rates increasing there may now be far better options available.. i have no complaints about the bank or their customer service however, they have never let me down. Free 4 year railcard

Best bank we have ever used

Every thing about this bank 123 account is first class. and he bank staff are also first class as well. But on the business side they are very very poor maybe i would give then 2 stars Reviewed on: 4th October 2017
