Our first dealings with the Society were to move an ISA to the Society from YBS and also to open a savings account. All this business was conducted with efficiency and a pleasant manner. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

The ISA interest rates are good-ish, the explanatory information is clear and simple to follow, the phone contact is courteous and easy to contact and the staff well-briefed and knowledgeable. Email contact is prompt in response and helpful. Overall I felt my custom was valued (I was a little surprised not to have an account update at the end of the financial year though). Friendly, safe, dependable

Very friendly and efficient. Decent range of savings at competitive interest rates. Other banks and building societies have similar rate, some are slightly better but we like the Scottish Building Society ethos. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
