We were transferring a matured ISA from another provider, we found the staff at SBS very helpful and we were offered a better rate for a one-year fixed ISA. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

I like dealing with a local building society, have always found the staff eager to help and they do not rush me. I also liked the informative afternoons about money scams and what to look out for. Maybe you could have some more info afternoons. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

I like fact members get better rates. I like fact it is a Scottish building society, I like fact there are branches to be able to go into. I like fact I can speak with staff at my branch and they know me, I like the fact the staff are all so very helpful, I like the fact the staff stick to my instructions.
