Poor attention to detail

18/01/23 Glasgow Branch - given sheet SBSS44.2FRISA19122 for 2YR FRISA Issue 4. Subsequent correspondence state issue 6. Passcard states account number but online and letters state it without hyphens. 20/02/25 - online check of my new cash ISA showed 3.55%, general online account cash ISA showed 3.30%, why?.
