In branch service review

Good telephone service when needed as too remote to access branch services - some problem with online account in trying to get online. Several failed attempts, had to ring to get account unlocked. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Great online experience

I have been very happy with my experience. I have an online ISA with you. It went smoothly setting up the account, and more recently transferring to another ISA with you on its maturity. A little more time would have been helpful in receiving the letter about transferring as I was on holiday for two weeks. I would suggest 1 month notifications. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

I like the ability to go into local branches; to be able to call my branch direct; the good accessibility; fact SBS is based in Scotland and is Scottish. For improvements, maybe interest higher, more outlets, although I understand the extra cost. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Paper communications, rather than email etc. but that's for me. No longer office in Turniff, unable to travel to Aberdeen so paper communications are important to me. Reviewed on: 21st January 2025
